  • Quick response time. The report is dictated the same day the patient is seen, and mailed within three business days of the examination (important in partial vs. total disability benefits).

  • Do you have a question? You can get personal attention just by calling the office and speaking to Dr. Wolfson directly. Your concerns will be addressed immediately! All examinations are performed by Dr. Wolfson.
  • All reports are personally dictated by Dr.Wolfson, and transcribed by an in-house transcriptionist. All reports are proofread by Dr. Wolfson for accuracy and clarity, and are personally signed.

    Independent Chiropractic Examinations are performed at both our Suffolk County (Commack) and Nassau County (East Meadow) locations. Our fees are reasonable and competitive. Please contact us for more information at 631-543-5125.
